You will handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and educate customers about program benefits and changes. You will also assist customers in navigating our website and other activity tracker apps. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide an excellent customer experience by quickly and accurately identifying and addressing individual customer needs * Handle incoming calls on the blithequark Rewards Program * Identify and communicate technical troubleshooting steps for activity trackers and the blithequark App and Myblithequark.com website * Answer questions on program earnings and points * Educate customers about program benefits and changes * Respond to customers in a compassionate, polite, and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations * Assist customers in navigating blithequarkmotion.com and other activity tracker apps * Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards **Training and Development** * 4-6 weeks of comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role * Ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow and advance in your career **Requirements** * High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience * Must be 18 years of age or older * Minimum of 2+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience * Ability to work our normal business hours of 6:55am – 3:25pm CST (may be required to work occasional overtime or weekends) * Reside within Central or Eastern Time Zone * Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable) * Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy * Must live in a location that can receive a blithequark-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service **Preferred Qualifications** * Customer Service or call center experience * Experience with technical troubleshooting * Health Care/Insurance environment (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design) * Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate ($16.00 - $28.27 per hour for Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island residents) * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Incentive and recognition programs * Equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements) * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of passionate professionals **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion** At blithequark, we believe that diversity creates a healthier atmosphere.
