Requirements: Technical Requirements : High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite), a USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone, and a quiet, secured workspace. Education and Experience : 18+ years old, high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Skills and Competencies : Professional, positive attitude, courteous telephone etiquette, experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting, and ability to thrive in a highly structured environment. Availability : Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends. Location : Must live in Mississippi to apply for this requisition.
