Key Responsibilities Manage inbound calls in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that each customer receives personalized attention and care. Follow established call flow scripts when handling different topics, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each customer. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives that exceed their expectations.
