You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and have the opportunity to grow and challenge yourself in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. You will be responsible for: * Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries * Providing excellent customer service through active listening * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive * Appropriately communicating with customers * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **We're Looking for Fearless People** We're seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
