Our team is comprised of talented professionals who share a common goal: to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Handling customer service inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Managing inbound calls through our dialer on specific mortgage campaigns, with the potential to handle upwards of 50-100+ calls daily * Occasionally participating in outbound calling campaigns, but primarily focusing on inbound calls * Working on various campaigns, including refinances, home equities, insurance, home warranties, security systems, and more, in a scripted environment * Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences * Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed and accurate information to clients **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED * Any kind of sales or upselling experience, either in-person or over the phone, is preferred but not required * 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience is highly preferred, in addition to sales/upselling experience * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently * Proficiency in using technology, including dialers and CRM systems * A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional service **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in the mortgage industry, banking, or financial services * Experience with warm or cold calling, telemarketing, or surveys * Familiarity with mortgage products and services, including refinances, home equities, and insurance * A strong understanding of sales and upselling principles, with the ability to apply them in a customer service context **Essential Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously * Proficiency in using technology, including dialers and CRM systems * Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional service * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
