These include: * **Comprehensive Health Insurance**: Medical, dental, and vision coverage to ensure your physical and mental health. * **Financial Security**: 401(k) Retirement Plan, Life Insurance, and Disability Insurance to protect your future and loved ones. * **Wellness and Support**: Employee Assistance Program, Health Spending Account, and Transportation benefits to promote your overall well-being. * **Time Off and Leave**: PTO, Vacation, and Sick Leave to recharge and enjoy your personal time. * **Contract to Hire Opportunity**: A chance to transition to a permanent role and continue growing with blithequark. **A Day in the Role** As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * **Handling Customer Inquiries**: Responding to customer concerns, issues, and inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner. * **Processing Payments and Applications**: Taking new applications, processing payments, and updating account holder information via phone. * **Data Entry and Reporting**: Accurately documenting customer interactions, updating records, and preparing reports, including the CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report. * **Account Maintenance**: Performing account changes, adjustments, and statement requests to ensure customer satisfaction. * **Explaining Terms and Conditions**: Clearly explaining policies, procedures, and terms to customers, ensuring they understand their accounts and services. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **1+ Year of Consecutive Customer Service Experience**: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a call center or similar environment. * **Computer System Experience**: 1+ year of working with computer systems, including data entry and software applications. * **Data Entry Skills**: Proficient data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer information. * **Positive Demeanor and Customer Service Skills**: A friendly, approachable attitude and strong customer service skills to handle customer interactions. * **Strong Attendance History and Reliable Transportation**: A reliable and punctual attendance record, with access to reliable transportation to and from work. * **High School Diploma or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your ability to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. **Work Environment** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, Monday to Friday, during day shifts.
