As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our residents' lives and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Greeting visitors, answering questions, and assisting prospective renters with leasing their new apartment home * Managing communication, including email leads, text messages, and phone calls * Answering phones and assisting customers as needed * Scheduling appointments and tour reservations as needed * Assisting with inventory management * Completing daily reports as needed * Initiating service calls for customers * Initiating, modifying, and finalizing leases and addendums for customers * Assisting with scheduling of vendors and purchase order management **Key Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A customer-focused, energetic attitude and a desire to provide exceptional customer service every time * Excellent verbal communication skills * Excellent customer service skills * Technology skills on laptop or desktop, including Microsoft Office * Ability to work on multiple tabs and systems at the same time * Ability to sit (or stand) for extended periods wearing a headset * Diligence * Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid, changing environment * Ability to remain professional and even-tempered during uncomfortable situations * Adherence to a set schedule with the flexibility to work extra hours or a modified work schedule to meet business needs * Proven longevity in past employment and committed to excellent attendance **Preferred Qualifications** * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * Office experience preferred * Proficient computer skills **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Starting at $24 per hour * Hours: Monday - Saturday * Commissions (Monthly) * Bonus Programs (Inventory & Lease Renewal Program) * Vacation/Sick/Holiday Pay * Medical/Dental and 401K (with 5% company match) **Employee Expectations** As an employee of arenaflex, you'll be expected to: * Become familiar with and follow all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws * Refrain from discriminating against any applicant, resident, vendor, contractor, other staff member, or other person on the basis of race, color, national origin, creed, religion, sex, age, marital status, familial status, disability, status with regards to public assistance, ancestry, or sexual orientation **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, creativity, and teamwork.
