We are now seeking an accomplished Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, working from the comfort of their own home in California. **Job Overview:** We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 6-month contract, with a high potential for extension. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, providing information, resolving complaints, and handling customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong communication skillset, and experience working in high-volume call centers, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, and to handle and resolve complaints. * Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills. * Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments. * Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. * Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. **Work Environment and Requirements:** * Work from home in California, with a wired LAN connection from the modem/router to the desktop or laptop (wireless connectivity is not permitted). * Use video during training, team meetings, and as required by the client. * Have a table and office chair. * Have a hard-wired internet connection and a quiet workspace. * Be flexible to work within a 24/7 call center environment, although there are only day and midday shifts available. **Selection Process:** * Video interviews via Zoom/MS Teams. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma or GED. * 0-2 years customer service-related experience required. * Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software. * Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. * Proficiency in computer software navigation and dual screens is essential. * The ability to handle complex calls, demonstrate critical thinking, and problem-solving skills is crucial. * Strong communication skills are a must. * Preferred Skills: A pharmacy background is preferred but not mandatory. * Bi-lingual candidates who speak Hmong, Spanish, or Mien are preferred. **Benefits and Compensation:** * Pay rate: $18.83 per hour on a W2 contract. * 401(k) plan. * Dental insurance. * Health insurance. * Vision insurance. * Work from home opportunity. * 8-hour shift. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
