You'll be responsible for handling high call and email volumes, tracking packages, processing credit applications, and assisting customers with warehouse errors and shipping issues. You'll also be responsible for processing credit card and ACH payments, sending customers their invoices and statements, and processing credits. **Key Responsibilities:** * Answering high call and email volumes in a timely and professional manner * Tracking packages and ensuring timely delivery * Processing credit applications and assisting customers with financial inquiries * Handling product returns and resolving customer complaints * Assisting customers with warehouse errors and shipping issues * Processing credit card and ACH payments * Sending customers their invoices and statements * Processing credits and resolving customer disputes * Performing other departmental tasks as assigned **Essential Qualifications:** * Attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills * Friendly and enthusiastic personality with a strong customer service focus * Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively * Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving * Digitally savvy with experience using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Excel, etc.) * Access to high-speed internet and ability to be hardwired to router * Dedicated and quiet workstation * Previous experience working in a customer service role * Light accounting experience and advanced problem-solving skills * Ability to think creatively to resolve difficult situations * Organized and able to manage time wisely * Ability to successfully complete all tasks while promptly answering inbound calls **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with CRM software and project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) * Experience with QuickBooks/NetSuite * Microsoft Suite experience (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Excel, etc.) * College degree or relevant work experience **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary range of $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year * 401(k) matching and retirement plan * Dental insurance and health insurance * Paid time off and vision insurance * Work-from-home opportunity with a dedicated and quiet workstation * Opportunity for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **Work Environment and Culture:** At arenaflex, we value our employees and promote from within.
