About the Role: Customer Service Representative blithequark is seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Customer Service Representative to join our OnDemand Customer Service Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be the primary point of contact for external customers and internal personnel, providing world-class service and support through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails. Key Responsibilities Resolve routine customer requests and inquiries related to products or services in a timely and professional manner. Engage with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional tone, using established protocol procedures to ensure consistency and quality. Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of solutions to provide accurate and relevant information. Provide additional customer education and information as needed to enhance their experience and satisfaction. Utilize multiple databases to research complex issues and questions, ensuring that customers receive comprehensive and accurate responses. Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations. Perform administrative support tasks, including medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records management, to ensure HIPAA compliance. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or GED equivalent; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is highly desirable. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment. Prior experience in the healthcare industry, such as in a physician's office or hospital, is a significant plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Laboratory Information Systems (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively. A strong customer service orientation, with a courteous and professional demeanor. Multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances quickly. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly desirable. Technical Requirements for Remote Work To work effectively in this remote role, you'll need: An internet connection with a speed of at least 50 megabytes per second. A reliable, non-satellite internet connection. The ability to connect equipment to a router/modem using an Ethernet cord. A dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions.
