Job Summary We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Handling all incoming customer issues and resolving them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills. Acting as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc. Following up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and providing updates to customers as needed. Anticipating and mitigating any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience. Assisting hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs. Responding quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette. Previous customer service experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service and support. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to train in Salesforce. Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency, with the ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects. A High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulations. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
