Job Overview The customer service representative will be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve problems. The ideal candidate will be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry in a professional and courteous manner. As a key member of the arenaflex team, you will be expected to provide excellent customer care, assess customers' needs, and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and efficient manner Provide excellent customer care and focus on assessing customers' needs and providing the correct solution Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, including sales and customer satisfaction targets Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently Up-sell and cross-sell products and services as needed to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and follow up on customer inquiries Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms. Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software are also essential.
