As a representative, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner Provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction Utilize software applications, such as Saber and Felines, to manage customer interactions and resolve issues Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise information to resolve issues and answer questions Document customer interactions and resolutions, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as customer service, communications, or business Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and utilize other software applications Preferred Qualifications Experience working with a unionized workforce and knowledge of the flight attendant JCBA Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of Saber, DECS, and RES, with the ability to learn and utilize other software applications Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that customer needs are met Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
