Your key responsibilities will include: Engaging directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to address a variety of topics Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide personalized support and solutions Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards in all interactions with customers Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, think critically, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for making a difference in the lives of pet parents and their pets Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of pet pharmacy or veterinary services Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms Bilingual or multilingual skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers.
