About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team! As a remote employee, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, engaging directly with our pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service, research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions, and follow up as needed to resolve issues. We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for individuals who can think critically, engage with our customers, and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to provide exceptional service and support Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide personalized solutions that meet their needs Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task, think critically, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of pet health and wellness products and services Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms Bilingual or multilingual skills What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing our team members with a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, development, and success.
