About the Role In this remote role, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, engaging directly with our pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service via inbound calls and other communication platforms. You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for our customers, following up as needed to resolve issues and ensure their complete satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to provide exceptional customer service and support Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to resolve issues and ensure complete satisfaction Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, providing personalized solutions and exceeding their expectations Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and promotions to provide accurate and informative support to customers What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and think critically.
