Your key responsibilities will include: Engaging directly with customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms to resolve their queries and concerns Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to ensure issues are resolved Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for continuous improvement What You'll Need To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, think critically, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and overtime as needed Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for making a difference in the lives of pet parents and their pets Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of the pet pharmacy industry or experience working with pets Certifications or training in customer service, such as CPR or CCR Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
