About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning team. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support. Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to navigate computer systems, take notes, and maintain conversations simultaneously. Proficiency in using computers for data entry, navigation, and internet research to support customers. Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to shift schedules and work overtime as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and securing sensitive information. Technical Requirements To work effectively in this remote role, you'll need: A dedicated workspace that's free from distractions, with a reliable, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10Mbps+ upload speed). A computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam, which will be provided by arenaflex. A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication, with the ability to download the Okta mobile app or receive SMS messages and phone calls.
