Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. If you have experience in customer service, you'll be well-suited for this role. However, if you're new to customer service, we'll provide you with the training and support you need to succeed. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, both in writing and over the phone.
