and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience * Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, staying up-to-date on product information and company updates * Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations * Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and detailed records * Upsell products or services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty * Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery **Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications:** * Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms * Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications *
