Assist passengers with reservations, flight information, and general travel queries, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on policies, procedures, and services, staying current with industry developments and company updates. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach to service delivery. Qualifications and Requirements Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with customers in a clear and professional manner. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline.
