As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be an integral part of our team and play a critical role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. Key Responsibilities Answer telephones and respond to basic customer questions using established methods provided during training to schedule and change customer appointments, answering questions from customers on what to bring to appointments and other questions. Process transactions and track responses to ensure completion of calls. Utilize proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office tools and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Work effectively with help desk software and possess basic business and analytical problem-solving skills. Follow oral and written directions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries. Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and call outcomes. Adhere to Remote Agent protocols, processes, and procedures, as well as United States Government contract requirements. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. Must be able to successfully pass IDEMIA State and Federal screening requirements, including criminal history and drug screen. High-speed WiFi connection to work remotely and service callers from home. Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office tools. Experience working with help desk software (prior call center experience a plus, but not necessary). Preferred Qualifications: US Citizens and Green Cards preferred. Prior call center experience.
