Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Strong Passion for Delivering Exceptional Customer Service : A genuine passion for providing top-notch service to our passengers, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable experience with Southwest Airlines. Excellent Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with our passengers and team members.
