Key Responsibilities Take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates, navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. Communicate professionally in a conversational manner, utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction. Work effectively in a remote environment, maintaining productivity and meeting performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word, to document customer interactions and maintain records. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Successful completion of mandatory training. Customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word. Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment.
