You will be responsible for: * Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Providing expert advice on gardening products and techniques * Processing orders and handling customer transactions * Maintaining accurate records and data in our internal systems * Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services **A Day in the Life** As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with a private and quiet space to take calls and focus on your work. You will be equipped with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset, as well as high-speed internet to ensure seamless communication with our team and customers. A typical day will involve: * Answering customer calls and emails, providing expert advice and resolving issues * Processing orders and handling customer transactions * Maintaining accurate records and data in our internal systems * Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services **Training and Development** As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive training program, which will cover our products, services, and internal systems.
