You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. **What You'll Do** These are the fundamental elements of the role. Management will modify the job or require different tasks to be performed when functionally necessary, noting, of course, any legal commitments, including any collective bargaining commitments. * Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets * Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations * Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations * Perform traveler check-in and boarding tasks (excluding curbside), correct oversold seat tasks, and issue upgrades * Issue vouchers and coordinate with agents for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation; arrange refuel and refresh * Perform traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/check * Operate gate readers/scanners and related duties to include pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items and departure line models * Operate jetways/bridges for the purpose of boarding and deplaning travelers * Make boarding and departure gate announcements * Convey domestic/international flight records * Perform traveler service flight close-out procedures * Accept, check, and label travelers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters * Maintain a schedule of flight boarding process * Perform customer service hands-on training * Process and complete credit card baggage transfers at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Assist travelers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage handling at ticket counters * Manage lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters * Clear/confirm international documents at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Accept and activate travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations * Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, or unaccompanied minors * Perform customer service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements * Have regular and predictable attendance on site, including meeting any obligatory overtime requirements * Answer and assist during security and emergency situations * Provide interfacing traveler door information * Provide quality customer service in a professional manner and according to arenaflex's standards * Adhere to company policies, procedures, and execution guidelines * Complete task-related stages of training * Comply with applicable laws (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA) * Utilize various internal resources/frameworks, including during customer interactions * Wear uniform as required by company policy **Sensible accommodations may be made for qualifying individuals with disabilities.** Depending on your airport size, you may also perform the following: * Perform Passenger Activity Control capabilities, including air to ground communication and Peak capabilities * Help international travelers through customs/migration, including baggage re-check * Convey tickets, international flight reports, and customs/migration forms **All You'll Need for Success** * Least Capabilities + Education and Prior Professional Training + Bilingual language abilities required in certain areas + Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must meet FAA criminal history verifications to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to obtain proper airport power and US Customs security identifications, if material + Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements + Must be approved to work in the U.S. * Favored Capabilities + Training and Prior Professional Training + Working knowledge of Sabre or other Passenger Service System + Past face-to-face Customer service experience + Working in a high-speed environment **What You'll Get** Come and take advantage of everything arenaflex has to offer: * Medical benefits: On the very first day, you'll access your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay great.
