About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You should also possess good typing, computer, and customer service skills, as well as strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively is also essential.
