About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to start immediately. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer concerns effectively and efficiently, and building sustainable relationships with our clients through open and interactive communication. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
