Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to work from the comfort of their own home. Key Responsibilities Answering telephones and responding to basic customer questions using established methods provided during training Scheduling and changing customer appointments, answering questions from customers on what to bring to appointments, and addressing other customer inquiries Processing transactions and tracking responses to ensure completion of calls Utilizing PC and Microsoft Office tools, as well as navigating multiple systems simultaneously Demonstrating proficiency in the use of help desk software and basic business and analytical problem-solving skills Following oral and written directions, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Complying with Remote Agent protocols, processes, and procedures, as well as United States Government contract requirements Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future Ability to successfully pass IDEMIA State and Federal screening requirements, including criminal history and drug screen High-speed WiFi to work remotely and service callers from home Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues Preferred Qualifications Prior call center experience, although not necessary, is highly desirable Experience working with help desk software and Microsoft Office tools Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
