Essential Qualifications Recent Ultimate Medical Academy Graduate 1+ year of customer service experience, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer support High school diploma or GED, with some positions requiring an associate degree or higher and/or a 2 medical certification Open availability, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with reliable high-speed internet and a smartphone Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge Residence in the United States, with a valid U.S. address for residence Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or higher in a related field, such as customer service, communications, or business administration 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer support Medical certification, such as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics What We Offer At arenaflex, we're dedicated to your success and well-being.
