As a customer-facing representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilizing excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience * Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems * Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies * Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals * Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes * Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction * Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems * Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies * Meet and exceed personal and team target goals * Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes * Upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues **Requirements and Qualifications** * Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Basic computer skills and experience * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent time management and prioritization skills * Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns * Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution * Must reside in California **Benefits** * Health Insurance (dental and vision included) * Excellent retirement plan * Tremendous upward mobility into other positions and management * Flexible hours * Remote Position(s) available (work from home) **What We Offer** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
