Previous customer service experience is preferred, especially in the airline or travel industry, although we are willing to train the right candidate. Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating web-based tools is also required, as you will be working with a range of software applications and systems. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, virtual environment. Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating web-based tools, with the ability to learn new software applications and systems quickly. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Knowledge of the airline or travel industry, with an understanding of customer service principles and practices. Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages. Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.
