Provide support during irregular operations, such as flight delays and cancellations, ensuring that our customers are kept informed and supported throughout the process. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns, working together as a team to deliver exceptional service and ensure that our customers receive a seamless travel experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible for future reference. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
