Why You Will Love This Job This role is an integral part of our Payment and Digital Processing team at arenaflex Credit Association. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, or chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to ensure that every interaction is positive, helpful, and memorable. How You Will Contribute As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner Providing product information, answering questions, and offering solutions to customers Processing transactions, handling payments, and performing other administrative tasks as needed Collaborating with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Meeting and exceeding performance targets, such as customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment Knowledge of banking, finance, or credit union operations Experience with Episys/Symitar and handling wires Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate with others, and build strong relationships Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other applications Ability to adapt to changing situations, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
