Job Overview This role is part of the Payment and Digital Processing team at arenaflex Credit Association. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to payment processing, object handling, direct bills, and budget transfers. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service, ensure seamless transactions, and maintain the highest level of accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Complete measurements access and adjusting features Coordinate return objects with supporters, gateways, merchants, the Central Bank, and various institutions Assist various departments with fraud resolution, part requests, and related Accounting standard record adjustments Work part cases/sports appointed Observe and maintain rules and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA guidelines and regulations and Government Banking legal rules Process contract bills, multi-record and part stores, credit card bills, and various tests, including IRA, bankruptcy, and result tests Review, examine, and approve Remote Store, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products Log, study, and make necessary GL, account changes or returns Process Stop Pays and Check Batching Complete daily balancing and office closing Get facts from benefactors for the proper and correct handling of international and domestic budget switch requests Research and insist on incoming and outgoing budget switch facts Communicate with the merchant to process budget transfers Understand and be familiar with incoming and outgoing budget switch legal regulations Store investigates returns, concentrates on part again tests on draft changes, process part tests, avow patrons for incoming budget moves, and Central bank confirming and freeing budget moves Complete daily processing of workflows related to past due returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and jail charges Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or GED Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to multiple tasks, and function as a key part of a team Excellent customer service skills Ability to complete numerical calculations and analyze data Ability to focus on work and meet deadlines under extreme pressure Ability to cross-train and complete any task assigned within the office Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Past client/partner experience Past banking or Credit Association experience Episys/Symitar and handling wires knowledge College degree or higher Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Self-motivation with strong business skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
