Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience. Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems. Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies. Schedules call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs. Essential Qualifications Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
