Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services. Utilize effective communication skills to de-escalate conflicts and resolve issues. Document customer interactions and provide feedback on call issues. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service. Essential Qualifications: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Typing speed of 25 WPM. Ability to set up a home Wi-Fi network. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
