About the Role: Customer Service Representative (Remote) As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be part of our remote team, working from the comfort of your own home in Spain. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to incoming contacts via telephone and email, and resolving user demands in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Take incoming contacts (via telephone and email) and solve users' demands in a timely and professional manner Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual clients Understand the customer profile and maintain appropriate communication in relation to it Ensure contractual SLAs are maintained and exceeded Act as a Brand Ambassador for blithequark and our clients' products, promoting their brands and values Your Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Proficiency or bilingualism in French and Spanish, with advanced English language skills Good disposition to work in a customer service environment, with strong teamwork skills Customer care skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customers' needs Ability to take ownership of and progress calls to resolution or escalate calls to resolution Initiative and availability to receive training and adapt to new situations Proven expertise in client services, particularly in the fashion or boutique industry Interest and passion for fashion, with knowledge of the latest fashion trends Proven expertise in e-commerce client service, particularly in after-purchase support Knowledge of emotional intelligence, with the ability to identify and solve customer problems in an empathetic way Proven expertise in Payment Method platforms and CRM software What We Offer: At blithequark, we're committed to supporting your unique lifestyle and career goals.
