Job Overview We are seeking an accomplished and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in California, providing top-notch support to our customers and contributing to the success of our organization. This is a 6-month contract position with a high potential for extension, offering a competitive pay rate of $18.83 per hour on a W2 contract. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers to provide information and respond to inquiries about products and services Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner Determine the root cause of customer issues and offer possible solutions or provide follow-up as needed Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 0-2 years of customer service-related experience, particularly in high call volume environments Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information Proficiency in computer software navigation and dual screens is essential Strong communication skills and the ability to handle complex calls, demonstrate critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications A pharmacy background is preferred but not mandatory Bi-lingual candidates who speak Hmong, Spanish, or Mien are preferred Work Environment and Company Culture At blithequark, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
