Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus, with a strong focus on customer service, communications, or a related field. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required, with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer service and support. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, teamwork, and customer-centricity. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, with a dedicated area for working and a reliable computer and phone system. Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn and use new software applications and systems.
