Flight Information * Provide real-time flight status updates, including delays, cancellations, gate changes, and boarding information. * Keep passengers informed about any changes to their travel plans and assist them in making alternative arrangements when necessary. Sales and Promotions * Promote Delta Airline products, services, and loyalty programs to customers. * Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products such as travel insurance, preferred seating, or premium amenities. Technical Support * Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Delta Airline website, mobile app, or online booking tools. * Assist customers with navigation, account login, password resets, and other technical inquiries to ensure a seamless user experience.
