Key Job Details Location: Remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance Company: Workwarp, a company dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and opportunities for growth and development Start Date: Immediate openings available, so you can start your new career as soon as possible Position: Customer Service Representative, where you will be the face of the company and provide exceptional support to customers Compensation: A competitive salary of $18.50 per hour, plus opportunities for bonuses and incentives, including a $310 certification bonus and a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost Role Highlights As a customer service representative with Workwarp, you can expect a range of benefits and opportunities, including: Flexible hours, allowing you to set your own schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday A fast 20-hour certification program, which will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in the role A $310 certification bonus, just for participating in the certification program A $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost, available from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available Opportunities for growth and development, with a minimum of 30 hours per week required, but the option to work more if you desire A supportive team environment, with an SME (Subject Matter Expert) assigned to support you during live calls, and an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist) as your advocate More About the Role As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to TurboTax customers, answering their questions and concerns about the company's products and tax return software.
