Job Overview and Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at Wayfair, you'll be the voice of our company, working with customers to resolve post-order issues, answer questions, and provide support via phone, chat, and email. Your goal will be to provide a world-class customer experience, exceeding customer satisfaction metrics and performance goals. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Empathetically assisting customers with a range of issues, including delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, and order notifications Demonstrating reliability and dedication to being present and on time for your entire shift, ensuring we're available to support our customers when they need us most Handling a high volume of contacts, estimated at 50-60 phone calls per shift, in a fast-paced and structured environment Meeting our high-performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction metrics, excelling in customer support performance metrics, and completing other duties as assigned Professionally engaging with customers, building relationships, and providing personalized support to resolve issues and answer questions Listening actively and showing empathy to understand customer concerns, leveraging internal resources to find the best solution De-escalating customer concerns, using conflict management skills to balance customer needs with business options while maintaining a professional composure Problem-solving and thinking analytically to resolve customer issues in a first-touch resolution approach Being tech-savvy and multitasking, navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and accurately answer questions Escalating systemic issues, identifying areas for improvement, and sharing trends with leadership to drive continuous improvement Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: Be at least 18 years of age Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Be fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and understand both languages Have a basic understanding of Windows Operating Systems or equivalent Be available to attend our 100% mandatory training program, with no misses, time off, or tardiness allowed during this time Pass our candidate assessment to proceed with the interview process What We Offer At Wayfair, we're committed to supporting your growth and well-being, both personally and professionally.
