Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will help you build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management. **Key Responsibilities** * **Customer Assistance**: Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with purchases both in-store and online. * **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's extensive product offerings to guide customers effectively. * **Complaint Resolution**: Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for quick and satisfactory resolutions. * **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining store inventory levels and ensuring accurate product availability. * **Cash Handling**: Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and electronic transactions. * **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. * **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers. * **Customer Feedback**: Collect and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement. **Essential Qualifications** * **Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills**: You'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers and colleagues daily.
