As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering personalized and caring client experiences, efficiently handling sales and service transactions, identifying financial needs, recommending products and services, and engaging business partners to improve the financial well-being of our clients. If you're a self-motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Build and expand banking relationships through proactive customer outreach, identifying financial needs, and recommending products and services to meet those needs. * Develop and maintain broad knowledge of arenaflex products and services to support client needs, including mobile banking, digital banking, and ATMs/ITMs. * Engage customers through proactive advice-led consultation, providing exceptional customer service and an outstanding banking experience by handling financial transactions accurately and professionally. * Maintain responsibility for a cash drawer and follow proper balancing procedures, supporting daily operations of the office, including processing night deposit bags, ATM deposits, balancing the vault, ATM, cash recycler, and cash advance machine. * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering a deep understanding of client needs and preferences. * Refers complex customer needs to the appropriate team member/business partner, ensuring seamless communication and resolution. * Introduces clients to digital banking solutions, including mobile banking, digital banking, and ATMs, and identifies and resolves client issues timely. * Answers the phone within the office promptly and professionally, ensuring compliance with security and audit procedures. * Maintains knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and completes assigned compliance training, adhering to established policies and procedures. **Essential Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or GED or equivalent business experience * 1+ years of financial services experience in retail banking, with demonstrated ability to process transactions and execute an advice-led approach with customers to identify additional products and services * Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to personalize features and benefits of products/services to customers with varying needs * Demonstrated knowledge of bank products and services, with ability to accurately process deposits and lending applications and account opening transactions * Ability to thrive in a team environment, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a self-starter mentality * Ability to learn and utilize new technology effectively and efficiently, with a strong desire to improve the financial well-being of customers by providing education and advice **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree * 3+ years of financial services experience in retail banking, with demonstrated ability to process transactions and execute a consultative advice-led approach with customers, successfully opening new accounts * Experience with banking systems and platforms, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements **Work Environment and Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's supportive, inclusive, and rewarding.
