Job Overview In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will be the voice of AT&T, assisting business customers with requests, questions, and concerns on all products and services offered. You will utilize your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver timely resolutions. As a sales-focused customer service representative, you will drive sales growth, meet monthly sales goals, and contribute to the overall success of our business. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Utilize knowledge of AT&T's products and services to effectively service and retain customers, and drive sales growth Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver tailored solutions Address complex customer issues, including billing, rate plans, features, services, network, coverage, handsets & devices, accessories, repair & troubleshooting, credits & adjustments, and more Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, service, and technical support, to resolve customer issues and drive business growth Meet monthly sales goals, and contribute to the overall success of our business Stay up-to-date with changes to technology and applications, and apply this knowledge to provide the best possible customer experience Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Strong knowledge of AT&T's products and services, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt Ability to meet sales goals, and contribute to the overall success of our business High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred At least one year of customer service experience, with a focus on sales and account management Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Call center or customer service experience, with a focus on sales and account management Advanced typing/keyboarding skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools Experience working in a sales-focused customer service environment, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals What We Offer In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive compensation package, including: A salary range of $15.00-$16.78 hourly, with the potential to earn up to $3,000 monthly in commission Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan, with company match Tuition reimbursement program, to support your ongoing learning and development Paid time off and holidays, to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance Opportunities for career growth and advancement, in a dynamic and supportive environment Work Environment and Company Culture At AT&T, we are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where our employees can thrive and grow.
