Job Overview In this seasonal Customer Service Representative role, you will be responsible for handling routine and basic inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web chats, as well as providing back-office services. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will work closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support with origination and disbursement transactions, award processing, and other related services. Key Responsibilities Support customers in submitting and processing origination and disbursement transactions, creating and submitting transactions on behalf of customers as needed Assist customers with award origination and disbursement processing, identifying and resolving processing issues in a timely and professional manner Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web chats to resolve batch edits and errors, missing documents and signature pages, and fix data issues Provide monitoring support and outreach for batch processing issues and errors, edit code rejects, and issue follow-up and resolution as requested Log cases and update existing cases as applicable, recording each phone, email, or web chat communication with customers in our web-based agent desktop application Perform manual linking and unlinking of award records and promissory/agreement to serve notes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Analyze COD borrower data integrity situations identified by customers, providing support and research to confirm COD processing status and resolve issues Execute support services in compliance with processing and program guidelines published by arenaflex, ensuring adherence to established SLAs and quality standards Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. The minimum qualifications for this position include: High School Diploma or GED 0-2 years of call center experience, with 0-2 years of customer service or public relations experience In addition to these minimum qualifications, the following skills and competencies are essential for success in this role: Ability to successfully adapt and perform during times of high call volume, remaining calm and composed under pressure Effective customer service skills, with the ability to deal tactfully and courteously with customers Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey enthusiasm, energy, and sincerity over the phone Strong listening ability, with the ability to interpret and clarify information being provided by customers Keen attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong commitment to providing quality service Ability to foster a good working relationship and rapport with customers, resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
