About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face and voice of our digital sportsbook operations, providing top-tier experiences for our patrons. You will be working remotely and will be responsible for communicating with our players and guests via live chat, email, and phone to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Communicate with players and guests via live chat, email, and phone to provide comprehensive information on our mobile applications and services Use internal resources and systems to view player account statuses and histories, and assist with conversations with players Provide an exclusive level of customer service during every conversation, demonstrating friendliness, care, and building value in the blithequark brand Assist guests with booking hotel reservations and RSVPs to special events, while sustaining company conversion rate expectations Operate telephone system to set call availability status, answer and transfer inbound phone calls, and execute outbound phone calls when applicable Answer player questions about blithequark, our products, and services, including account statuses, promotional offers, and event information Follow internal standard operating procedures to escalate issues to internal departments and personnel Assist with securing helpful business insights by dispositioning player contact reasons upon conclusion of each interaction Use internal tools and systems to investigate and troubleshoot technical issues players are experiencing with our products Deliver exceptional performance results in customer satisfaction and contact handle times Collaborate with leaders and fellow team members to stay current on daily trends that impact the player experience Maintain a strong track record for punctuality and attendance Perform other duties as assigned Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: High School diploma or College Degree required Must be at least 21 years of age Heightened sense of urgency and passion to learn new things Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to player satisfaction Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for players Ability to type quickly and write with good grammar and punctuation Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under heavy pressure Great problem-solving abilities and ability to interpret incomplete or cryptic messages Team members must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations Ability to work some holidays and weekends Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the gaming or hospitality industry Knowledge of sports wagering and online casino games Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems and software Ability to speak multiple languages Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our team members grow and succeed.
