About the Role: Customer Service Representative (Student Loan Advisor) We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Student Loan Advisor. As a key member of our customer contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have. Key Responsibilities: Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with their queries and concerns Provide detailed information and answer frequent questions about student loans and related products Process applications and resolve emerging problems that our customer accounts may face with accuracy and efficiency Practice active listening, be empathic, and communicate clearly with customers in a positive and professional manner Utilize standard technology such as a telephone, email, and web browser to perform duties Navigate to pre-scripted responses and read them verbatim to provide basic general and claims-specific information Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures, including working within various systems, timekeeping, and documentation of calls Assist callers with filling out their applications and submitting them electronically to plan providers for processing Complete basic call logs, documentation, and related call details for each phone inquiry Schedule and Work Arrangements: This is an in-center position, with the possibility of working from home after 90 days, provided you meet the required performance, attendance, and compliance standards.
