**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Tire Support Program**

Your primary responsibilities will include: * Communicating with customers in a proactive and professional manner, using your excellent interpersonal and verbal skills to resolve customer situations and provide solutions. * Scheduling appointments for customers and identifying root causes of inquiries through probing questions and research. * Utilizing our customer relationship management tool to research inquiries and document customer interactions, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. * Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text, while updating internal computer applications and systems. * Maintaining required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service and exceeding customer expectations. * Exhibiting a positive attitude and bringing enthusiasm to work each and every day, demonstrating a strong desire to be helpful and take ownership of customer situations. * Proven record of great attendance and demonstrating skills as a team player, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, with clear diction, tone, and knowledge/use of proper grammar. * Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers. * Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and coworkers. * Proven record of great attendance and demonstrating skills as a team player. * Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Technical Requirements** To ensure success in this role, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements: * Two screens, which can be 2 monitors or 1 monitor and 1 laptop. * Use of Windows 10 or 11 Home or Pro OS desktop or laptop (no Macs or Chromebooks). * Hardwired internet connection directly to router (no WiFi accepted). * High-speed internet with a minimum of 45 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. * A working computer camera. * Use of a USB or wired headset with volume control and mute function. **Compensation and Benefits** As a Customer Service Representative for our tire support program, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including: * Pay: $14.00 per hour (production) and $12.00 per hour (training). * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6:00 PM. * Training will be 10 days, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. * Comprehensive health insurance. * 401(k) plan. * Flexible scheduling. * Paid time off. * Referral program. * Vision insurance. * Work from home. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
